Limited lifetime guarantee

Warranties its products against any defect in materials and / or workmanship, under normal residential use and only to the original purchaser of the product, for as long as the original purchaser owns their home.

The warranty covers any leakage or manufacturing defect resulting from normal use by the user.

Your Tenzo guarantee

Guarantees all finishes for life against manufacturing defects as long as it is used under normal conditions of use. The warranty period for any product installed in a commercial application and / or outside of Canada and the United States is one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the owner / user. Proof of purchase (original purchase invoice) from the consumer must accompany any complaint. This warranty is not transferable to another individual. After having identified and judged any defective product or part, Tenzo Fine Plumbing undertakes to supply replacement parts at our option. In the event that the product cannot be repaired, or the part is no longer available, a replacement product of equal value will be offered.

The warranty offered on our products will only be honored if the installation is carried out by a certified master plumber.

The Tenzo Fine Plumbing warranty is understood to be without prejudice to your other legal and regulatory rights as a consumer.

THE EXCLUSIVITIES OF THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ARE: 

  • Evolo Series: Full limited warranty for a period of 5 years and lifetime cartridges.
  • LED lighting system: Full limited warranty for a period of 5 years

This warranty does not cover :

  • Periodic maintenance and repairs, or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear;
  • Any adaptation of the product that would be necessary for the purposes of compliance with technical or safety standards applicable in a country other than that for which the product was originally designed and manufactured;
  • Improper handling, or improper treatment of the product (incorrect operation, fall, shock, etc.);
  • The costs incurred to access the tap;
  • Installation and uninstallation costs;
  • Transport costs related to all parts covered by the warranty;
  • Normal wear of components, normal wear of the finish;
  • Units whose installation does not comply with the manufacturer's instructions, nor with the codes, laws and regulations governing plumbing work;
  • Problems resulting from poor maintenance or the use of improper cleaning products, including acidic detergents, abrasive sponges, metal pads, alcohol-based detergents, disinfectants, glass cleaners or other solvents, which are to be avoided;
  • Damage caused by hard water or mineral deposits;.
  • Damage caused by corrosive water or air

What to do when I need service ?

If you need assistance or service, please contact the point of sale where the product was purchased by the first purchaser.

If the product warranty period has expired, you can contact Tenzo Fine plumbing Customer Support to request a repair.
